  1. How and when do I get paid? You will be paid via bank transfer directly into your chosen account. Payment will be made at the start of the following month for all booking stayed in month before. 
  2. How do I know that I’m getting the right price for my rental property? We are your partner and share a common interest in renting out your property at the best possible price. We use our market insight, our extensive data set and experience as well as on-going monitoring and analysis of holiday trends to ensure that consistently receive the most competitive price throughout your rental period. 
  3. Can I use my holiday home in the high season? Yes of course – simply block the periods that you want to use your property in your rental calendar. During the high season, you can block the holiday home for a limited number of weeks in order to ensure a successful rental season for your holiday home. 
  4. How can I keep track of my bookings? On your personal homeowner page, you will be able to view a booking overview where you can see the booking period, arrival details, payment per booking, a monthly account overview and more.
