This apartments is located on second floor and it has a beautiful seaview on Adriatic sea.
We proudly present you SunAdria Apartments Zadar-Kožino the new opened facility of modern design bulit in 2013 using best high quality materials.
SUNADRIA apartments consist of two objects A and B in which is total 10 apartments of a high standard, modern design in which our guests feel like at theirs home.
Facility A has 4 apartments with one bedroom and two bedrooms, all apartments have winter gardens, while apartments A3 and A4 have a roof terrace with a beautiful view of Zadar and Zadar archipelago. In the interior and the surrounding A are used the natural materials „stone and wood“, which offer a unique Mediterranean atmosphere. A facility will make your awakening unforgettable, your first coffee will be laced with rays of sunshine and a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea.
Facility B has a total of 6 apartments , all of them with one bedroom. In preparing B facility is intended to all apartments have large balconies with seaview. Next to the Facility B is a newly built outdoor swimming pool 60m2. Ground floor apartments have access to the garden, and are ideal for families with small children.
Inside the facility SunAdria apartments everywhere is available free Wi-Fi, every apartments have a minimum of two units of air-conditioning, a brand new covered parking which is under video surveillance, fully equipped kitchen, possibility of daily cleaning.
SunAdria Apartments are located in Kozino, a town situated a few kilometers from Zadar. This is an ideal destination for those who want to spend a quiet family vacation, both for singles and for couples, friends and families with children. The beach is 50 meters from SunAdria apartments, beach is gravel and accessible to adults and children.
Our friendly staff at the reception will be available if you should need any advice or help, while making sure that everything else works perfectly at a level that you deserve during your stay in SUNADRIA apartments.

Perfect location when it comes to the distance to the sea, a minute's drive and a nice pebble beach :) The swimming pool is clean, large, a lot of sunbeds. The apartment was clean, fragrant, had all the necessary things.

Très bon séjour
rès bien situé, proche de la mer, petite épicerie accessible à pieds, nous n'étions pas trop loin des restaurants mais, il faut quand même prévoir la voiture, super appartement, juste un problème d'emplacement de porte dans la chambre par rapport au lit et au placard mais rien de très important, superbe terrasse sur le toit avec une magnifique vue mer et voir de superbe couché de soleil. Nous avons pu profiter de la buanderie pour laver notre linge dans la machine réservé au service, Très pratique en fin séjour.Juste revoir la position de la porte de la chambre pour un meilleur centrage du lit par rapport au centre de la pièce. Le lit se retrouve décalé pour pouvoir ouvrir cette porte et elle gène dans l'utilisation du placard. Prévoir une porte coulissante pour gagner de la place….. mais comme je l'ai dit cela ne gâche absolument pas le séjour.
