Great location, awesome view. the island is quite and relaxing. good place to stay with a boat (marina is just 5 minnfootwalk away).

Pleasant apartment for holidays. Large living room with air conditioning and a well-equipped kitchen. 3 bedrooms (no air conditioning = little hot), 2 bathrooms, large terrace with loungers, 2 balconies with chairs, very beautiful sea views. TV, Wifi, good communication. The sea and the beach 10 meters from the entrance. Great. The city center with many restaurants and shops just a 5-minute walk away. Ferry to Zadar very close. Very good place for holidays with children by the sea. Try :).

We had a great holiday here. The spacious apartment is located at the sea front (step out of the apartement almost directly in the sea :-) ) The view from the balconies (2 of them located at sea front) are amazing. Apartment is very clean, and everything you need is there. The local host doesn't speak English (but can help you in German :-) ) but is very helpfull, while respecting your privacy. Apartment is very close to both Zadar Ferry, good restaurants (one of them is even the house near the apartment) and the marina and supermarkets. We will surely come back here, this was just a dreal that came true !!!

Amazing apartment located right on the sea front. The hosts were really nice, although lacking in English, but communication was no issue. Would highly recommend!

We stayed in Preko for three nights. The apartment is only 150m from the ferry and was not difficult to find. The hosts welcomed us, gave us the key and gave us a quick tour of the apartment. They made us feel very welcome and helped us by suggesting a couple of nice restaurants in the area. They were eager to make sure we had everything we needed while respecting our privacy. We couldn't wish for more. The apartment really is as beautiful as shown on the pictures and was also very clean. It's big enough for six people and the terrasse and the sea view are just amazing. If you are looking to stay in Preko and this apartment isn't booked yet, take it!! It's one of the best places we've stayed at so far. The price is fair also.

We wish we could have stayed longer. The apartment is beautiful, the view is breathtaking, and everything described was exactly as it should be. Very clean, everything worked, couldn't have asked for more. The car ferry proved to be another exciting part of seeing an island off Croatia's coast. It took less than 25 minutes and cost only about $17 one way. We hope to return for a longer stay.

We have been to Preko twice akready and everything was always perfect. The apt is very big, clean and has everything you need. The view is gorgeous! The owners are very nice and although they do not speak much English, they try to help with everything and are very nice.

everything as described. beautiful view, quit area. 200m walk to good restaurants in the village. ideal starting point for boat trips to surrounding islands.

We stayed for 6 days and we did not want to leave we would return here again tomorrow if we could, the apartment has 3 balconies with some amazing views right on the sea front, it is very well equipped, the apartment is the entire upper floor of a large house we was greeted by the owner who did not speak any English but between a little broken slovenian we managed to converse a little about the apartment and nice places to eat it seemed that the owner wanted to make sure everything was OK so he sent his daughter who speaks English to the apartment with some lovely warm apple cake to greet us, this apartment is about 150 meters to the ferry port and 150 meters the other way to the marina excellently placed and the balconies are positioned around the apartment so you have sun all day, the one for the bedrooms catches sunrise and two of them over look two smaller islands . The island is very well connected to the main land via the ferry port. We are very active people and it was a struggle for us to move off the balcony everyday I could of spent the entire holiday sat looking at that view

We stayed in Preko for 14 days this summer, and it was a very pleasant experience. We had good and quick communication with the host from the day we booked. Any questions was quickly answered. Easy to communicate via phone or email with the host. The appartment was absolutley great. Spaciuos and light with a magnificent seaview. It was just as described, and represented no surprises. All the amenities one could wish for was in place. A fantastic place to stay!! The location is spot on. Short walks to either ferry or grocery store and restaurants. It also has a great seafood restaurant next door. And the possibility to walk straight into the water when you come out in the morning, is something we all loved. Preko and this appartment was a great place!!
