Bližina morja, pogled iz apartmaja na morje in zelenje, terasa in zelenica le nekaj metrov do plaže in morja, izjemni ambient in mir, ter skoraj na samem, ne glede na št. vila apartmajev v bližini. Izjemno za kratek oddih, kjer je čisti mir, izjemna terasa in dejansko ob morju na plaži, bližje ne gre. Zasebnost hkrati pa 15 min hoje do centra Sukošan, še lažja uporaba pa Uberja, hiter, ugoden in odziven.

Az ilyen drága apartmannál nem várok ilyen (apró) hibákat, egyet sem, mégis van belőlük nagyon sok. Az apartman minden elemére ráfér egy alapos karbantartás: a villanykapcsolók akaratuk szerint működnek, ami nagyon idegesítő (van amikor nem lehet kikapcsolni, van amikor lehet fényerőt is állítani a kapcsolóval, de a legtöbbször nem), fali konnektorok lötyögnek, nincsen világítás az étkező asztal felett (?!), fagyasztó ajtaja lóg, mosogatógép ajtaja nyitáskor kivágódik (nincsen csillapítása), nincsen a konyhai szigetre szépen kiépített konnektor, szemétgyűjtő rögzítése törött volt, nem elérhető semmilyen TV adás (nem akartuk állítgatni), egyik hajszárító csak hideget fúj már, szobai szekrény ajtók körülményesen nyithatók. Átadás előtt ezeket az alap dolgokat egyértelműen nem ellenőrzik le, ami kellemetlen, mert mi így kaptuk meg (nem volt elérhető a személyes átadás).
