I have to say that I visited Croatia for 1 week staying in 4 Airbnb's "apartments" and this one was the best & my favorite. Saying that I really picky. Clean, parking, price, and location 👌. if I visit Zadar again I'll stay here again.

The apartment was excellent exactly like in the photos. Since it was new, we checked the reviews of Book Adriatic Nekretnine and decided to trust them. We're glad we did! Everything was new, clean, and nicely furnished. What was listed in the ad was truly available. We received welcome boxes with kitchen essentials (sponge, dishwasher tablets) and a separate box with tea and coffee. The kitchen had everything (kettle, toaster, hand blender, coffee machine, dishes, utensils). There was also a TV with many channels. The location was perfect just a 10-minute walk to the center and bus station, yet peaceful and quiet. A big shopping center with Spar, Müller, and a market was just 3 minutes away. The Book Adriatic Nekretnine team was amazing kind, responsive, and helpful. They even let us check out late since no one was arriving that day. Thank you for the great stay and experience, we'll definitely recommend you!

Ein Super Apartment für den Preis. Die Betten sind gemütlich sowie die Couch. Der Besitzer reagiert sehr schnell auf Anliegen und ist hilfsbereit. Wir haben selbst neue Bettwäsche bekommen auf persönlichen Wunsch. Sauber ebenfalls mit großem Balkon. see more
Ein Super Apartment für den Preis. Die Betten sind gemütlich sowie die Couch. Der Besitzer reagiert sehr schnell auf Anliegen und ist hilfsbereit. Wir haben selbst neue Bettwäsche bekommen auf persönlichen Wunsch. Sauber ebenfalls mit großem Balkon. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist dass nur 2 Rollen Toilettenpapier im Apartment sind und man sich diese selbst kaufen muss aber dies ist nur eine Kleinigkeit. Das Apartment liegt in der nähe des Zentrums. Im Großen und Ganzen war ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Apartment.

Cuisine ouverte mais peu équipée ( pas de condiments, sels, poivre et huile, pas de plat pour le four), cependant cela n’a pas impacté notre séjour. Mate, l’hôte, est très réactif. Un gros plus il y avait une machine à Nespresso. L’appartement dispose d’un stationnement privé. Nous étions probablement les premiers locataires, et avec le temps, les petits détails seront sûrement améliorés. Je le recommande vivement ! MERCI
